Chernihiv regional organization of the Red Cross Society of Ukraine is one of the leading humanitarian organizations operating in the territory of Chernihiv region. We provide assistance and support to people in difficult situations, provide medical and social services, conduct trainings and education on civil population support.

We are announcing a competition for the position of specialist in development and mobilization of resources (grant manager).

Responsibilities:

• cooperation with local organizations and coordination of interregional activities;
• development, writing of project applications;
• search and analysis of grant and tender competitions relevant to our activities;
• development of concepts for receiving grants in accordance with the requirements of donors;
• preparation of documents for participation in grant and tender competitions;
• monitoring and management of grants and projects;
• control of the implementation of the terms of project contracts, reporting to project Donors, managing and closing projects;
• interaction with donors;
• ensuring a high-quality negotiation process and the ability to present the organization and projects;
• cooperation with program and financial departments;
• methodological support in planning and implementing local fundraising campaigns;
• development of competencies;
• communication support
• organization and conducting PR events, supporting the organization's pages in social networks;
• reporting

Requirements for the candidate:

• higher education;
• knowledge of the methodology and principles of project and program management (preferably in the humanitarian sector);
• analytical and system skills;
• experience in the field of attracting grants;
• experience communication with different categories of people;
• ability to work in a team and independently;
• quick adaptation to new conditions;
• responsibility and adherence to deadlines;
• initiative and readiness for dynamic work.
