Manager of communications with state bodies and social initiatives (GR - manager) in Farmak

We are currently looking for a Manager of Communications with Government Authorities and Social Initiativesin the Quality Management Department.

What should be done? 

Knowledge and skills we expect from candidates:

• Higher education by specialty: Natural sciences, Social and political sciences, International relations, Journalism and information, Law, Economics and entrepreneurship, Humanities, Pharmacy
• Experience from 3-7 years.
• Knowledge of the state system and distribution of functions between branches of government, understanding of political landscape.
• Knowledge of the Constitutions of Ukraine, social, labor, business and environmental legislation
• Understanding the concept of Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance (ESG) and common approaches to the development of corporate social responsibility (CSR), a deep understanding of the principles and mechanics of interaction between the public sector, business and civil society
• Knowledge of GR tools (building a map of risks and opportunities, maps of contacts, monitoring legislative initiatives, formulation of the Company's position)
• Knowledge of the concept of sustainable development, UN Global Sustainable Development Goals and understanding of the provisions of the UN Global Compact
• Awareness of socio-economic, political and environmental issuestheir trends, charitable and humanitarian activities, functioning of UN humanitarian response clusters, human rights activities, approaches to building and developing communities
• Level of knowledge of the English language - Above average (Upper Intermediate B2)
