Researcher - applied research analyst in DREAM Project office

DREAM project office is a team that changes the approach to public investment management in Ukraine.

We believe that DREAM culture is not just an atmosphere, but concrete actions that form a strong team and real changes.

Now we are looking for acolleague who will help to investigate problems in the field of public investment management, form informed recommendations and participate in DREAM digital product development.

About the role:

This is ananalytical and research role in the product team.

You will work with issues in the field of public investment management:
from initial diagnosis - to forming solutions and explaining them to the team.

What you will do

• investigate problems and limitations in processes;
• form hypotheses and test them;
• plan and conduct applied research (methodology, sources, approach);
• collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data;
• conduct interviews with experts and users;
• form practical recommendations;
• prepare analytical materials and presentations;
• present findings to teams and stakeholders.

What is important to us:

• experience in analyzing complex processes or applied studies;
• systemic and structural thinking;
• experience in forming and testing hypotheses;
• experience in conducting interviews and working with qualitative data;
• ability to draw conclusions and propose practical solutions;
• ability to prioritize tasks and estimate the scope of work;
• attention to details and responsibility for the result;
• desire to work with a reform and a digital product that has social impact and is scalable for the entire country.

Would be an advantage

• understanding of public administration or public investment;
• experience working with data and analytical tools;
• PhD or scientific publications;
• English language for working with analytical materials.

Work format

• full employment;
• hybrid format (office in Kyiv ~3 days a week, pet-friendly)

Stages of selection:

• Accepting resume-March 6.

• After the end of accepting applications, we will start the interview stage.

• Based on the results of the interviews, we will contact the candidates regarding further steps.
