Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Research and analytics:
- Collect, analyze and structure data for research projects;
- Conduct desk research, prepare short analytical reports, reviews and benchmarks analyses;
- support the Research Lead in the preparation of policy briefs, analytical reports and recommendations.
- Work with data and insights:
- develop surveys, conduct interviews, collect local insights from schools, communities, EdTech partners;
- form basic samples, data tables, primary statistics.
- Research project support:
- assist in the preparation of research methodologies and evaluation plans;
- participate in conducting EdTech-pilot performance evaluations and innovative solutions;
- prepare draft chapters for research reports.
- Coordination and interaction:
- support communication with partners, schools, communities to collect data;
- coordinate tasks with the Research Lead and the Center team;
- ensure quality documentation and regular updates on progress.
- Development of evidence-based policy:
- search for and generalize best international practices;
- help transform data into understandable conclusions and recommendations.
Qualifications and experience:
- Higher education in the field of social sciences, economics, education, public policy, data analytics or related areas.
- Master's degree will be an advantage, but strong analytical skills are key.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in roles related to analytics, research, program evaluation, education, social projects or innovation.
- Hands-on experience in data collection and analysis, conducting surveys, in-depth interviews, desk research.
- Experience in preparing analytical materials, short reports, comparative reviews.
- It is desirable to have experience of interaction with educational institutions, communities, state bodies or international projects (but not necessary).
- Experience in using programs: Google Workspace, Excel / Google Sheets, survey tools (Forms, Typeform, SurveyMonkey).
- Basic skills visualizations (Slides, Canva).
- Proficiency in English at a high level - for interaction with international partnersи.
