In 3 years, we have launched 4 products and are actively scaling. During this time, the team has grown to 300+ people, and we are building products here in Ukraine for users in international markets. We provide high-quality and accessible customer service 24/7 and continue to grow.

We are looking for a Reputation Specialist to help us maintain a high level of trust in our products. The main task is systematic work with brand reputation on the Internet: from monitoring mentions to improving rankings on international platforms and in search results. Tasks:

• Strategy: Development and implementation of ORM (Online Reputation Management) and SERM (Search Engine Reputation Management) strategies.

• Working with platforms: Administration of company profiles on external resources (Trustpilot, Sitejabber, Reviews.io).

• Monitoring: Regular tracking of mentions of the brand and analysis of competitor activity.

• Content: Work with copywriters/partners, coordinating the work of the moderation team.

• SERM: Cleaning search results - replacement negative with positive content.

• Interaction with contractors: Finding performers and setting tasks for content creation.

• Reporting: Monitoring key reputation indicators and preparing reports on results.

Necessary skills (Must-have):

1. Understanding the working principles of SERM and ORM.

2. English language at the Upper-Intermediate (B2) level and above (for working with the international market).

3. Practical experience with feedback platforms (Trustpilot, Sitejabber, Reviews.io).

(Nice-to-have):

1. Knowledge of SEO tools for performance analysis (Ahrefs, Semrush, Mangools).

2. Experience with automatic monitoring systems (for example, Brand24).

3. Understanding the specifics of Reddit, G2 platforms.

4. Experience with freelance exchanges (Upwork, Fiverr).

5. Experience in submitting content removal requests or disputing false reviews.
