SOC Technical Support Engineer (L1) in IT-Integrator

Requirements:

• Higher education
• Knowledge of computer networks (mac address, ip address, tcp/udp, DNS protocols, HTTPS/HTTPS)
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems, preferably Linux
• Knowledge of corporate network architecture, active directory, etc.
• Experience with any cyber security solutions (NGFW, EDR, IPS, SIEM, etc.)

Responsibilities:

• Fixing incidents, responding to incidents within the framework of procedures and reporting
