Dressly - business changing the fashion industry through AI technologies and a personalized approach.  Reputation Manager - a person who will build a systematic approach to our online reputation. You will be responsible for the entire digital presence of Dressly: from reputation in search engines to work with reviews, negative reviews and UGC. Your task is to build a visual monitoring, prioritization and response system, work with SEO/ORM tools, shape the tone of voice in responses, and help improve brand perception at all touch points. take responsibility and move fast.

Your area of responsibility will include:

Monitoring and analytics

• Systematically track mentions of Dressly in all digital channels: search results, Reddit, Quora, Product Hunt, Trustpilot, App Store/Google Play, social networks, forums.

• Create daily/weekly reports, highlight patterns and potential risks.

• Build a map of risks and reputation triggers.

Feedback and negative management

• Lead the full feedback cycle: monitoring > prioritization > response > escalation.

• Shape tone of voice for different situations, including crisis.

• Create a database of response scenarios and reputation communication standards.

Organic and search engine presence

• Work with AI search (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude) to improve content about Dressly in the output.

• Optimize content generated by hashtags: facts, how we are described, what questions arise.

• Create and update reputation materials (FAQ, articles, Wikis, content pool for SERP).

Processes and project management

• Build a structural an ORM operating system with clear SLAs, statuses and responsibilities.

• Work cross-functionally with marketing, support, product, community and PR.

• Initiate projects that will improve our online image and bring them to fruition.

Brand improvement initiatives

• Offer topics and formats that strengthen our presence on the Internet.

• Analyze the experience of competitors in the reputation communications.

• Launch micro-projects to increase organics and positive sentiment.

• Has 1+ year experience inherit"> in ORM / Reputation management / SERM / Community management / Digital communications.

• Able to work systematically: structure, deadlines, processes - your area comfort.

• Has a project management mindset: prioritization, multitasking, ownership.

• Quickly understands new tools (including AI-tools).

• A proactive person who does not wait for a task, but looks for what needs to be improved.

• Writes competently, clearly and knows how to adapt the tone of voice to different situations.

• Analytical, respectful of details, loves order and transparency.

• Experience in tech or product companies.

• Understanding SEO/SERM tools.

• Experience working with English-speaking users.

• Experience in crisis-comms or working with complex cases.
