Reputation Manager in SKELAR

Today SKELAR has a dozen businesses in different niches from EdTech to SaaS. These are companies that have been awarded by Product Hunt, are included in the ratings of TOP startups and product companies of Ukraine, occupy the highest ranks in the AppStore and develop platforms that are used by millions of people. TechCrunch, Wired and other global media also write about SKELAR businesses.

Now we are looking for a Reputation Manager who will help us develop our products in social networks and media.

Your main tasks:
—Develop the reputation of products in social networks and on thematic platforms;
—Write texts for product pages, social networks and communications with users;
—Monitor reviews, ratings and mentions on platforms (App Store, Google Play, Trustpilot, etc.);
—Develop strategies to strengthen product image;
—Work with marketing and product teams to ensure unified and consistent communication;
—Analyze competitors and trends in reputation management.

We will be on the same page if you:
- You have experience in PR, SMM or reputation management - from 2 years;
- You have English at the B2-C1 level;
- You understand how to build trust in the product through communication;
- You can write texts in different formats (posts on social networks, articles, etc.);
- Pay attention to details and like to analyze data and feedback;
- Can react quickly and anticipate reputational risks;
- Have a thirst for development in the field of communications.

In addition to businesses, we develop a charitable the SKELAR foundation fund from the employees of our venture builder for the support of the Armed Forces. Within the initiative, we create and finance large projects that help bring our victory closer.
