In 2025, we actively we scale both projects and dream teams. Therefore, to strengthen the VIP Service team, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager.


Your future tasks:

  • providing quality support to bronze VIP segment;
  • work with retention team tasks;
  • promote among users activities such as tournaments, lotteries, quests and adventures;
  • conduct interviews with users of the bronze segment, receive feedback on experience and preferences;
  • increase customer satisfaction by providing quality personalized assistance;
  • convert bronze users into VIP customers higher segments;
  • dealing with customer objections;
  • assisting in the verification process as needed;
  • achieving set KPI goals;
  • supporting and improving knowledge of existing and new products;
  • ability to work on a schedule 13:00 - 22:00 near Kyiv (stable schedule from Monday to Friday).


Your skills:

  • fluent German (both written and conversational);
  • proficiency in oral and written English at the Intermediate level and above;
  • ability to communicate on the phone and in letters;
  • excellent communication skills and experience working with customer objections;
  • ability to interest the customer in additional services, interestingly emphasizing the positive aspects of the product;
  • empathy and stress resistance in complex cases;
  • willingness to learn new tools, work with them and develop new knowledge;
  • ability to distribute work time and invest in set deadlines.


Desirable, but not critical:

  • experience in any position.
