Position: Reporting officer/ MEAL officer. Full-time employment (January-March 2026)

"Tenth of April" is a public organization that works in the direction of improving the protection of the population affected by the conflict by providing legal, social, psychological and humanitarian assistance, promotes changes in legislation, involvement of communities in responding to emergency situations and finding long-term solutions, in cooperation with authorities authorities and by supporting their potential, with a special emphasis on the most vulnerable groups.

The goal of the project in partnership with Mercy Corps is to ensure the functioning of the Rapid Response Mechanism. This activity will include rapid needs assessments, provision of psychosocial assistance to the affected population, issuance of in-kind humanitarian aid, registration and issuance of multi-purpose monetary aid.

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive team player who is interested in communication, effective communication and self-development with the goal of protecting people affected by conflict.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • collection of statistical data and information that is important for project implementation; 
  • creation and maintenance of information bases and databases; 
  • conducting analytics to assess the results and impact of the project; preparation of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports, as well as reports "on request" of a partner international humanitarian organization in English (turkeynarrative and narrative reports) based on the results of implementation of project activities; 
  • writing analytical materials, providing recommendations regarding changes/improvements in the implementation of project activities;
  • monitoring the implementation of project indicators and informing the team; in communication with the PI department of the organization, participate in planning, creating a content plan, generating and designing content (text, photos, videos, infographics, etc.), writing publications;
  • in cooperation with other team members, conduct other activities in order to best implement the goals and objectives of the project

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • higher education (analytics and other related specialties will be an advantage); 
  • fluency in English (Upper Intermediate level and above); PC - confident user (Word, Excel, Ppt, office 365); 
  • advanced user of MS Excel - working with formulas, building connections; Google Sheets - processing large volumes of data; 
  • knowledge of SPSS will be an advantage; ability to work with analytical studies, data, large volumes of information; 
  • experience in preparing reports for international donors will be an advantage; experience in supporting the planning, implementation and monitoring of social projects is welcome; basic understanding of the work of humanitarian organizations;
  • responsibility, scrupulousness and attention to details; 
  • ability to work in a team; initiative, attentiveness, responsibility, organization, sociability; excellent time management skills and meeting deadlines.
