Payroll accountant (temporary position) in Coca Cola HBC Ukrayina, Virmeniya ta Moldova

About your new job:
The Payroll Accountant plays a key role in ensuring accurate and timely calculation of employee benefits. This position involves the full cycle of calculating wages, taxes and fees, preparing reports, working with accounting systems and interacting with employees and managers on payroll issues. In your work, you will ensure compliance with legislation, accuracy of financial data and transparency of billing processes.

Our new team members must:

• Have a higher education in accounting, economics or finance;
• Have experience working as a payroll accountant;
• Know current legislation and be able to apply it in practice;
• Own basic accounting programs (1C, M.E.Doc, SAP will be an advantage) and have experience with the portal of the Pension Fund of Ukraine;
• Be responsible, proactive, communicative and attentive to details;
• Be organized, able to work in multitasking conditions and work effectively in a team.

You can be successful in this role if:

• You will enter information about the wages of employees into the Customer's accounting systems;
• You will calculate basic and additional wages, vacation, sick leave, compensation and other payments and supplements;
• You will form and check accounting documents (timesheets, settlement information, orders, etc.);
• Calculate payments under civil law contracts (CPC);
• Calculate single social contribution (USC), personal income tax (PIT) and other taxes related to payroll;
• Form bank payment orders for the payment of wages;
• You will check the correctness of calculation and payment of wages and relevant taxes;
• You will prepare and submit tax and statistical reporting, as well as reports to executive services;
• You will prepare and provide reports for the Customer's management accounting (in particular, analysis of wage costs);
• You will prepare and provide salary certificates at the request of government bodies and the Customer's employees;
• Provide support and advice to the Customer's employees and managers on salary issues;
• Prepare and provide the necessary information and documentation related to salary calculation to the internal audit, as well as at the request of supervisory authorities.
