Right now we are looking for a Remote User Support Specialist


Main responsibilities:

Receiving and handling user requests

Processing and resolving incidents related to errors in the operation of business applications, including failures in uploading/unloading data, software errors, script violations

Supporting installation and configuration requests

Executing user service requests, related to the installation, update or configuration of business applications at users' workplaces

Analysis and elimination of errors

Conducting initial technical diagnostics of errors in business applications, determining the causes of failures and independently eliminating typical problems

Escalation of complex incidents

Transfer of technically complex or critical incidents to the IT Support Support Center (integration failures, service crashes, internal errors), with the preparation of a full set of supporting information (logs, screenshots, description of actions)

Administration of user accounts

Creating, changing, blocking and restoring accounts in the Active Directory system and business applications

Working with remote access tools

Connecting to users' workstations to diagnose, configure or test the operation of business applications

Usage ServiceDesk-systems

Registration, processing, updating statuses and closing requests in the ServiceDesk system in accordance with the approved SLA

Adherence to the rules of categorization and prioritization of appeals

Participation in the development of the knowledge base:

Initiating the creation or updating of standard response templates, making suggestions for improving the handling of recurring situations

Reporting:

Preparation of regular reports on the volume and type of requests, processing results, typical errors and incidents


The successful candidate meets the following requirements:

  • Higher education in the field of information technology or related areas
  • Experience in the field of technical or applied IT support - from 1 year
  • Experience in supporting or supporting business applications is desirable
  • Understanding the structure and principles of business applications, integrations, data exchange (uploading, downloading, API)
  • Skills of initial diagnosis of software errors, ability to read and analyze logs
  • Knowledge and experience of working with ServiceDesk systems
  • Skills of administration of accounts in Active Directory
  • Experience of working with tools for remote connection to user workstations
  • Ability to clearly formulate requests and respond to user requests within the framework of SLA
  • Ability to structure information, keep documentation of incidents and resolution patterns
  • Ability to work with a large number of requests, prioritize, follow instructions
  • Attention to details, analytical thinking, responsibility
  • Orientation of results, ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Readiness to learning, self-development, participation in updating the knowledge base and templates employment in a large, growing company
