Welcome to join the Marketplace Specialist team to help us scale the presence on the world's leading platforms and open new opportunities for growth. We already work withShopify, Walmart, BestBuy, Home Depo, Lowe's and other retailer marketplaces. In the plans — eBay and etc.

Future tasks:

1. Ensuring correct operation of listings and productive communication with by marketplaces:

• tracking changes in the rules and policies of marketplaces, and ensuring their compliance in business processes (including informing all relevant employees),
• communication with the administration of marketplaces on operational issues, including removal of hijackers.

2. Operational administration of accounts and listings on marketplaces and Shopify, integration of marketplaces with Amazon:

• creation of new accounts, variation listings; categorization of listings, work with variations,
• content download (including through flat files),
• connection of discounts, coupons, etc

3. SEO optimization of listings and attraction of internal advertising traffic on the marketplace

• optimization of the semantic core, search for new keywords that sell,
• creation and optimization of advertising campaigns on marketplaces,
• search and research of new tools and methods of attracting trafficku on listings.

4. Ensuring collection and analysis of data from marketplaces and reporting.

5. Monitoring the rating of listings and feedback trends, responding to customer inquiries, interacting with the Customer Success department to maintain the target rating.

Hard skills:

• From 2 years of experience with Walmart and others B2C marketplaces in the USA/Canada
• Understanding the features of various marketplaces and methods of attracting internal traffic to them, managing accounts and listings.
• Basic skills of working with Shopify and Amazon accounts.
• Skills to research the features of new marketplaces and search for new tools and development algorithms on existing ones
• Ability to be confident communicate and read in English (calling and correspondence with marketplace support, reading policies and rules, working with interfaces, etc.) at work
• Proactivity and initiative, openness to development and the search for new ways to achieve goals
• Focus on results, systematicity and consistency
• Mental stability and the ability to "hold the blow" and continue to go to the goal even if something does not work out.
