- Capability to analyze and improve relocation procedures for efficiency and employee comfort.

- Experience working in student/migrant legalization centers;

Responsibilities
- Oversee the logistics of employee relocations, including the transportation of personal belongings and the search and evaluation of temporary housing;
- Support employees throughout the relocation process, assisting with documentation and bureaucratic matters in collaboration with an immigration lawyer;
- Manage and optimize the relocation budget in partnership with travel and finance managers, maintaining records, and providing statistical and analytical reports to leadership;
- Assist employees in finding permanent housing by engaging real estate companies, and support them in rental and purchasing matters;
- Advise employees on the registration and documentation of vehicles in the new country;
- Aid employees in adapting to the new city, including locating necessary services such as medical facilities, schools, and other community resources. Ensure continuous support post-relocation;
- Organize meetings with previously relocated employees to share experiences and provide support;
- Prepare welcome packages with useful information about local customs, culture, and office-related resources;
- Advise employees on reimbursement and financial support related to relocation;
- Collaborate with HR and other company functions to provide comprehensive support to employees;
- Interact with external partners and services, including realtors, immigration agents, medical institutions, educational institutions, and others;
- Research and provide information on discounts and special offers for goods and services near the new office;
- Maintain relationships with key business partners to ensure high service levels for employees;
- Consult on appointment scheduling and medical service inquiries;
- Continuously update and expand the contact database of professionals, including realtors and doctors;
- Collect regular feedback from employees about their relocation and adaptation process;
- Analyze and improve procedures to enhance efficiency and employee comfort.
