We're seeking a dynamic and versatile Chief Marketing Officer Assistant who will support our Chief Marketing Officer in all aspects of daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient management of marketing initiatives.
What You Will Do:
- Add new tasks to the planning, move uncompleted tasks to the coming week;
- Check the Asana inbox and ping everyone who didn’t finish the task, or moved the deadline and failed to provide a reason;
- Manage general documentation for the team. Update documents as necessary; create appropriate tasks, and send reminders;
- Take and manage meeting notes;
- Make various requests, such as job openings and equipment, as assigned by the CMO;
- Schedule meetings with the team as needed, including matching calendars, choosing the best time, and writing descriptions and agendas;
- Manage emails with general requests and forward/ping to relevant people in the department.
Requirements
What You Need:
- Fluent communication skills of written and spoken Ukrainian;
- 1.5+ years of experience as an assistant, preferably a Head of Marketing Assistant, CMO Assistant or VP Marketing Assistant;
- Good writing and communication skills in English (B2+);
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and interact with the many different departments the CMO is involved with on a daily basis;
- Ability to handle multiple assignments and prioritize effectively;
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Would Be a Plus:
- Prior experience supporting a marketing department;
- Familiarity with marketing software and CRM tools.
