We invite to the team Regional Manager of the Leasing Department

Objectives:

• Search and involvement of potential partners (suppliers, dealers, importers, manufacturers, etc.) that directly sell passenger cars that can act as objects leasing and security for investment loans, and counterparties (brokers, agents, insurance companies, etc.) that attract potential customers to the Bank for the latter's purchase of passenger cars using financial leasing and credit mechanisms;
• Ensuring a constant flow of appeals from potential customers to the Bank based on the recommendations of the supplier's employees;
• Implementation of leasing services to new and existing clients of the bank in the territory of the city of Lviv and the region;
• Implementation of direct measures related to ensuring the sale of leasing products from the moment of attracting a client to the moment of submitting a ready-made leasing application and the corresponding package of documents, carrying out other measures necessary for the provision of financing and further support of leasing agreements;
• Organization and support of cooperation processes with partners in the direction of sales of specialized banking products;
• Support of Bank network employees in matters of working with leasing applications received from partners, control of the passage of partner leasing applications;
• Provision of proposals for modification of the financial leasing sales model in accordance with market and competitive requirements environment in order to achieve planned indicators in terms of sales volume and risk level.

• Higher education (specialist, master);
• Experience in banking/leasing companies, or in supplier sales departments;
• Availability of driver's license and accident-free driving experience;
