• Participation in the development and implementation of new recruitment methods.
• Preparation of reports on recruitment results.

Requirements:

• Higher education.
• Experience in the field of personnel selection from 1 year.
• Knowledge of modern methods and tools of recruiting.
• Ability to conduct effective interviews and evaluate candidates.
• High communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
• Orientation on results and the client.
• Recommendations from previous places of work.
