We are looking for a Manager of quality and product development at a gas station!

Our conscripted employees are subject to reservation in accordance with the conditions defined by the law.What should be done?
- Constantly seek and use reserves to increase cafe sales at gas stations in fixed regions;
- analyze data, prepare proposals to increase sales and optimize costs;
- initiate and organize activities to increase profitability, motivate gas station teams to achieve better results;
- implement new products: coordinate the launch, train staff, monitor efficiency;
- ensure the implementation of budget sales and margin plans, minimize non-compliance;
- monitor product quality (food, coffee), compliance with technological processes and sanitary standards;
- carry out operational planning, increase the efficiency of work units;
- plan the need for ingredients, control leftovers and inventory;
- monitor the technical condition of equipment, ensure renewal or replacement;
- create comfortable and safe working conditions for personnel.
What do we expect?
- Higher education;
- work experience in retail, chain restaurants or HoReCa from 3 years;
- skills for planning and managing several facilities at the same time;
- deep understanding of business processes and causal relationships in the restaurant sector;
- ability to work with large databases and analytical tools;
- experience in analyzing financial indicators, in particular EBITDA, to optimize costs and increase profitability;
- responsibility, organization, attention to details, effective time and priority management;
- communication skills, ability to motivate and coordinate teams.
- orientation on results and business development;
- knowledge of quality standards, sanitary and hygienic standards and cooking technologies;
- confident PC user (Excel, PowerPoint, basic analytical tools).
