Bile Suhe chain of stores invites to its team Development Manager(search for real estate objects, with cars).

Requirements:

• Higher education;
• Experience in searching for rental objects in a similar position from 2 years;
• Skills in conducting negotiations;
• Fluent PC skills;
• Discipline, efficiency, responsibility;
• Own a car is mandatory.
• We are considering candidates from Kyiv and the Kyiv region.

Responsibilities:

• Working with announcements on various resources regarding the rental of premises and their accommodation;
• Formation of a customer base;
• Search for premises in the Kyiv region, Odesa, Ivano-Frankivsk;
• Agreement and signing of lease and sublease agreements;
• Conducting meetings and negotiations with owners and realtors;
• Execution of the set plans and tasks;
• Presentation of objects; 
• Maintenance of the database of objects.
