Daily tasks will include:

• Planning and monitoring the implementation of sales plans.
• Conducting meetings and trainings with store managers.
• Assessing the effectiveness of store operations and implementing corrective actions.
• Preparing reports for senior management.
• Working with personnel: selection, adaptation, development and motivation.

You are an ideal fit for us if:

• You have 2 years of experience in management positions in retail trade or related fields.
• You have team management skills and coordinating their work.
• Able to analyze business processes and make effective management decisions.
• You have high responsibility, organization and communication skills.
