Desired experience:

• Experience in the construction of non-residential premises and commercial real estate premises

• Experience in technical supervision in construction

Functional responsibilities:

• Communication with state, communal and other services and organizations, maintenance of accounts, contracts and other documentation.

• Ensuring the implementation and control of issues related to the implementation of network development plans, preparation of premises for Bank institutions and their further operation.

• Formation and verification TOR (technical assignment) for current and capital repairs of the existing premises of the Bank.                                                                                                                                                                                                                   

• Control of quality and deadlines of works by subcontractors.
