normal; text-decoration: none">Coordinate 18 local coordinators: onboarding, regular synchronizations, setting tasks, control of results and support in difficult situations.
Ensure timely and high-quality reportingnumber of teams (in particular, work with Airtable) and control the key indicators of project implementation.
Ensure that all participants undergo the necessary training — both at the start and during cooperation.
Monitor the quality of project implementation: analyze quantitative and qualitative indicators, conduct offline visits, initiate improvements.
Conduct regular meetings with coordinators and teams (weekly syncs, 1:1, general meetings).
Coordinate centralized procurement (from gathering needs on the ground to receiving a photo report from teams).
Join the organization of offline events for teams.
What is important to us?
