Web Designer (a great start in the field of design) in Insight IT Consulting

We are looking for a Web Designer to join our team to work on the company website and online development. It is important for us that the site is not just visually attractive, but convenient, understandable for the client and effective from the point of view of sales.

We consider candidates without experience, with minimal work experience, as well as students who have basic knowledge in web design and the desire to develop in real commercial projects.

Main duties: Work with the site

• Designing new pages site (desktop, tablet, mobile)

• Updating and improving the existing design

• Maintaining a unified visual brand style

• Creating a logical and clear page structure

• Improving the usability of the site (UX)

UX / UI

• Thinking of user interaction scenarios with site

• Working with buttons, forms, menus, product cards

• Optimizing design for conversion and online sales

• Analyzing user behavior and making improvements

Design content

• Creating banners, promo blocks, promotional items

• Design cards of goods and categories

• Preparation of graphics for email newsletters and social networks

• Working with visuals for advertising campaigns

Interaction with the team

• Preparation of layouts in Figma for transfer to developers

• Making changes according to feedback communication

• Collaboration with marketers, content managers and developers

• Participation in the development and scaling of the online project

Candidate requirements:

• Basic understanding of web design principles and UX/UI

• Skills in working with Figma (or willingness to quickly learn)

• Sense of style, composition and color

• Attention to details and accuracy in work

• Willingness to learn and develop in the field of web and e-commerce

• Ability to work with deadlines

• Work experience will be an advantage, but not mandatory

We we offer:

• Salary from UAH 33,000 to 38,000

• Full-time employment

• Work schedule: 5/2, Mon-Fri (five-day week)
