Main responsibilities

• Coordination of project implementation and ensuring the achievement of its goals

• Control of project activities in the areas of Protection, Shelter, CCCM

organizations

• Adherence to humanitarian principles and standards

• Performance of other tasks within the functional framework as needed

Requirements for the candidate

• Higher education

• Understanding the problems of internal displacement

• Experience in working with data and project documentation

• Experience in organizing and coordinating team work

• Fluent command of Ukrainian and English

• Confident user of Microsoft Office

• High motivation and ability to work independently

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail

• Ability to work with several tasks simultaneously and set priorities

• Flexibility and ability to make informed decisions under tight deadlines

• Experience in humanitarian or human rights organizations will be an advantage
