The team of BO "SSS" works both at the local level with regional coordinators, and at the national level - with the involvement of our national experts. Responsibilities:
- Monitoring the rights of persons who suffered as a result of armed aggression against Ukraine by territorial bodies of state power and local self-government, and providing a proposal to the representative of the coordinator from the Ombudsman's Office regarding the response to facts of violations;
- Preparation of proposals for the coordinator from the Ombudsman's Office regarding the opening of proceedings in cases of violations of human rights and freedoms in the field of protection of the rights and freedoms of persons who suffered as a result of armed aggression against Ukraine;
- Preparation of proposals (draft letters) in the field of protection of the rights and freedoms of persons who suffered as a result of armed aggression against Ukraine with the approval or on the instructions of the coordinator from the Office of the Ombudsman;
- Analysis of regulatory and legal acts on the nationalnational and regional levels in the field of protection of the rights of persons injured as a result of armed aggression against Ukraine and providing proposals for their improvement to the coordinator from the Office of the Ombudsman;
- Participation, with the approval or mandate of the coordinator from the Office of the Ombudsman, in the organization and conduct of monitoring visits aimed at protecting the rights of persons injured as a result of armed aggression against Ukraine, and the preparation of reporting documents based on the results of the relevant inspections;
- Preparation for the coordinator from the Office of the Ombudsman of proposals for interaction with non-governmental organizations working in the relevant field;
- Providing, with the approval or authorization of the coordinator from the Office of the Ombudsman, legal consultations, in particular, within the framework of the reception of citizens in the relevant region;
- Preparation, with the approval or authorization of the coordinator from the Office of the Ombudsman, of proposals (projects press releases and publications) regarding the coverage of the activities of the Commissioner in the relevant direction in the mass media and on the official website; Participation in the preparation of informational and analytical materials regarding the current state of observance of human and citizen rights and freedoms in the field of protection of the rights and freedoms of persons who suffered as a result of armed aggression against Ukraine; information and educational work aimed at ensuring the observance of human and citizen rights and freedoms in the region;
- Monitoring of regional and local mass media regarding information in the field of protection of the rights of persons injured as a result of armed aggression against Ukraine;
- Performance of other tasks in the direction of protection of persons injured as a result of armed aggression against Ukraine on behalf of the coordinator from the Office of the Ombudsman;
- Coordination and coordination of actions and action plans with the coordinator from the Office of the Ombudsman;
- Providing reports on the results of the activities of the coordinator from the Office of the Ombudsman.

Requirements for the candidate:
- Higher education, preferably legal;
- Experience in the field of protection of the rights of persons injured as a result of armed aggression against Ukraine;
- Experience of working in state institutions or public organizations;
- Experience of working with appeals from citizens on issues protection of their rights and freedoms;
- Experience of cooperation with local and regional authorities;
- Understanding the local context of ensuring human rights and freedoms;
- Fluent command of the Ukrainian language (knowledge of English will be an advantage).

The competition will take place in three stages: the first stage is the assessment of the resume, the second stage is the Kanda interviewsdates invited based on the results of the first stage, the third stage is the provision of recommendations.
