Tourism Manager, Product Manager (direction Ukraine) in ALF, Turistichniy operator

And currently we are inviting to the team a Tourism Manager, Product Manager (head of Ukraine)

Our ideal candidate:

• Has experience in tourism for from 1 year.
• Knows the tourist destinations of Ukraine, knows how to create a tourist product
• negotiations and knows how to build partnerships.
• Responsible, attentive to details, customer-oriented.
• Has a desire to develop domestic tourism and create unique trips.
• Knowledge of SAMO tour and 1C is desirable

Your responsibilities:

• Development and formation of bus tours in Ukraine (routes, programs, excursions).
• Search and cooperation with hotels, restaurants, tour guides and other partners.
• Organization of bus transportation (coordination with carriers, schedule control and quality).
• Formation of a complete tourist product: calculation of cost, creation of packages, preparation of descriptions.
• Quality control of services and collection of feedback from tourists.
• Conducting training seminars for employees of related departments in the direction and hotel base, information filling of the site;
• Preparation of information for posts in social networks and other media sources
• Market analysis and introduction of new ideas into the product, development of promotions
