In connection with the active development of the dealer network and the growing demand for energy efficiency, we are looking for an ambitious B2B manager.

Your tasks:

  • Active search and attraction of new B2B partners (installation companies, retail dealers, construction companies, design bureaus, designers, climate equipment stores);
  • Support and development of the existing customer base;
  • Selling the technical advantages of the Ventoxx lines (Harmony, Comfort, Aeromax);
  • Conclusion of agreements and control of the fulfillment of contract terms in the CRM system;
  • Partner support: from the first consultation and selection of models to control of shipments;
  • Execution of the sales plan and expansion geography of brand presence.

We expect from the candidate:

  • Experience in B2B sales of 2-3 years (if you have worked with climate or engineering equipment, construction, HVAC - this will be a huge plus);
  • Understanding the specifics of working with the B2B segment and "long" agreements;
  • Skills presentations: You can "on your fingers" explain the benefit of recovery to the business owner;
  • Cold calling skills and the ability to build relationships with customers;
  • Experience with the CRM system (knowledge of 1C / BASS, Binotell is welcome)
  • Discipline when working on a remote basis. Availability of technical capabilities for remote work (Internet, computer, phone); 
  • Ability to work in blackouts (uninterruptible power supply);
  • Ability to quickly master a technical product.
