Vacancy: Redirection Specialist

Charitable organization Salvation Angels Charitable Fund is looking for a Redirection Specialist to join its team.

Your work will have a significant impact on the lives of families who suffered during the hostilities in Ukraine and need assistance.

Requirements:

• Experience of working with vulnerable population groups.
• Active listening and correct formulation of questions.
• Professional interaction with colleagues and partners.

Responsibilities:

• Reception, registration and processing of applications from beneficiaries, partner organizations and internal teams
• Conducting an initial assessment of needs in the field of protection and determining the relevant areas of assistance
• Ensuring high-quality, safe and timely referral of beneficiaries to appropriate services (medical, psychosocial, legal, social, educational, etc.)
• Monitoring the results of redirects
• Interaction with partner organizations, government institutions and service providers
• Support and regular updating of the map of available services
• Close cooperation with other program units of the organization
• Ensuring compliance with the principles of confidentiality, voluntary informed consent and "Do No Harm"
• Maintenance of documentation, referral registers and databases
• Participation in improved redirection mechanisms.
