Requirements:
- Higher education.
- Experience in the field of personnel selection or HR from 1 year.
- Practical knowledge of modern search methods and tools and personnel selection.
- Ability to work with job sites, social networks and alternative candidate search channels.
- Experience with HR CRM systems (in particular, CleverStaff) is desirable, but not mandatory.
- Fluent command of the Ukrainian language.
- Responsibility, focus on results, attention to details.
- High level self-organization and the ability to effectively work with an intensive flow of vacancies.
