Recruitment specialist (recruiter) in Saltivskiy m’yasokombinat

SMK Group is one of the most modern producers of meat products in Ukraine, combining production, distribution and retail. We are expanding, developing new areas of business and forming a strong team of professionals. We are currently looking for a Recruitment Specialist who will help us build an effective team.

Responsibilities:

• actively searching for candidates and placing ads in candidate attraction channels (platforms, social networks, website);
• creating ad texts and ad layouts (Canva or others designers);
• communication with candidates and coordination of interviews;
• providing information about open positions, working conditions, the selection process and other questions that may arise from candidates;
• initial review and sorting of resumes of candidates for further selection;
• organization of interviews: coordination of times and dates for interviews;
• maintenance of a database of candidates: updating information about candidates, saving records of conducted interviews and other interactions;
• communication with candidates: informing candidates about selection results, next steps in the hiring process, etc.;
• performing additional tasks such as preparing reports, documents, etc.

Requirements:

• Higher education.
• Previous will be an advantage work experience.
• Knowledge of office programs.
• Ability to communicate clearly and competently both orally and in writing.
