Personnel training specialist in BRSM-nafta

Requirements:

• Higher education;

• Experience as a coach / business coach for 1-2 years;

• Knowledge of corporate training and personnel development methods;

• High communication skills;

• Readiness for business trips.

Duties:

• Planning, organizing and conducting all kinds of training events for newly hired and current staff of the Company's gas station;

• Development and implementation of new training programs, launch of new projects, work with information resources;

• Participation in new employee adaptation programs;

• Evaluation of the level of knowledge and skills of employees;

• Formation and reporting on the conducted training events.
