PJSC "KB "AKORDBANK" invites you to participate in the competition for the position of Recruitment Manager / Recruiter.

Requirements:

• Higher education.
• Experience in a similar position from 1 year.
• Knowledge of methods and tools of personnel selection.
• Fluent command of Ukrainian language.
• Focus on results, responsibility.
• High level of self-organization.

Tasks:

• Search and selection of personnel for the Bank branch network using modern methods.
• Creation and publication of vacancies on job sites and social networks.
• Organization and conducting of interviews with candidates.
• Labor market monitoring, search for sources to provide the Bank with the necessary personnel.
• Planning of events to attract new candidates.
• Formation and management of the personnel reserve.

Working conditions:

• Official employment, decent salary.
• 5-week working week from 9 until 18 hrs.
