• Skill work with various sources of recruiting candidates.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with candidates.
• Experience in mass recruiting for line positions.
• Experience in market analysis labor of companies.

Main responsibilities:

• Search and selection of personnel for the Company's open vacancies.
• Conduct initial interviews with candidates.
• Reporting.
