Recruiting specialist in BORDO

Responsibilities:

• Search for candidates through social networks, joy boards and internal database.
• Conducting initial interviews (screening) and assessment of the candidate's compliance with the requirements of the foreign customer.
• Assistance of the candidate at all stages: from submitting a resume to going to work.
• Consulting on the package of documents for obtaining a work visa.

Requirements:

• Experience in recruiting from 1 year.
• Knowledge of English or Polish (will be an advantage).
• Communication skills and the ability to work with a large amount of information.
