How exactly can you influence the development of the company:
• ensuring high-quality and timely recruitment of IT and Non-Tech vacancies (Ukraine and other countries)• implementing a full cycle recruiting process using typical and non-standard selection methods
• complex project approach to work on vacancies
• providing high-level service at all stages of hiring
• determining optimal search paths, search non-standard and effective ways of recruiting perfect match candidates
• building and establishing business contacts in a professional environment for the possibility of attracting the best experts
• prompt and high-quality management of the ATS system
• research and analysis of labor markets
• participation in projects to increase staff loyalty, intra-corporate work
• participation in other HR projects of the company
• participation in the development of the employer brand on the market of labor
Challenges for three months:
• familiarization with recruiting processes
• hiring perfect match candidates according to the agreed deadlines
• prompt and high-quality management of the ATS system
• research and analysis of labor markets (if necessary)
• ensuring timely hiring of personnel for the product launch in new countries (if necessary)
• search for new and non-standard methods of sourcing and selection
To achieve results, you will need:
• 5+ years of experience in recruiting both IT and Non-Tech specialists
• experience in ensuring a high-quality full cycle hiring process
• communication skills at a high level
• ability to build effectivelystrategies for finding and forming a recruitment funnel with relevant candidates
• skills in the successful use of all necessary methods, typical and non-standard tools and resources for searching for specialists
• successful mastery of various interview techniques
• effective negotiation skills
• successful experience in closing niche and complex vacancies
• experience in working with different markets (Ukraine, Europe, Central Asian countries, etc.) will be an advantage
• result-oriented, analytical abilities
• high level of EQ
• English Upper-Intermediate
