Building partnerships with department heads, being an advisor in recruitment matters
Participating in personnel administration — registration, transfer, dismissal
Work with ATS (recruiting system) and candidate databases
Participate in the improvement of recruiting processes, adaptation and development of corporate culture
Our expectations
Experience as a recruiter is mandatory
HR-experience in large system companies companies - will be an advantage
Knowledge of the basics of personnel administration and KZpPU - desirable
Initiative, readiness for new things, creativity
Ability to work structured, quickly adapt and focus on results
