Your main responsibilities:

• Active search for candidates via LinkedIn, Telegram, Twitter, Reddit, offline events, communities, etc.
• and non-technical positions.
• Preparation of Boolean and X-Ray requests, testing of new approaches to sourcing.
• First contact with candidates: presentation of the company and opportunities, maintaining interest in vacancies.
• Close cooperation with recruiters, coordination of profiles, feedback, priorities.
• Search performance analytics: reports, conversions, testing of new channels.

• You have 1+ years of experience in sourcing, recruiting.

• Experience in an IT or product company will be a plus.
