Recruiter with knowledge of the Polish language in HedgeHog

Today, our client, a company in the field of international logistics, needs to strengthen the team with a recruiter with knowledge of the Polish language.

Our expectations from candidate:

• Fluency in Polish;
• Experience in the field of communication with clients from 1 year;
• Knowledge of English will be a plus;
• Good communication and negotiation skills;
• Ability to make decisions and take responsibility;
• Multitasking, prioritization and time management;
• Willingness to work and develop in the field recruiting.

About the role:

• Involvement of transport owners companies for cooperation;
• Conducting an initial interview;
• Checking all necessary documents for work;
• Accompanying and supporting hired candidates during their adaptation and further cooperation with the company;
• Maintaining a database and forming personnel reserve.
