The recruitment and staffing team is currently looking for aRecruitment Manager.

Main responsibilities:

• Ensuring the recruiting cycle: coordination of needs, search, selection of candidates, interview, candidate verification, job offer, adaptation of a new employee;
• Creation of job description and placement in external and internal information channels;
• Collaboration with heads of structural divisions to specify personnel needs and determine requirements for candidates; 
• Conducting salary analysis;
• Maintaining a candidate database;
• Participation in organizing job fairs, student events to popularize the company's HR brand and attract new employees; 
• Participation in HR projects.

Main requirements:

• Higher education (master's degree) in the field of personnel management, psychology, sociology or another related field;
• English - intermediate level of proficiency;
• Working with HR systems and ATS;
• Communication, proactivity, ideation, the ability to work in multitasking mode.
