We invite to the team a HR Manager.

 Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in HR (preferably in the retail, restaurant business, pharmacy or service industry);

• Knowledge of modern candidate search tools;

• Ability to work with job profiles, competencies and managers' requests;

• Ability to work with HR systems, Excel, messengers;

• Confident telephone interview skills.

Main duties:

• Search and selection of personnel for the pharmacy network (in including for new pharmacies);

• Posting vacancies on job sites, actively searching for candidates through various sources.

• Conducting telephone and face-to-face interviews, organizing interviews with managers;

• Management of the recruiting funnel, support of candidates at the interview stage.

• Closing applications for searching and controlling the transfer of employees.

• Control of registration of candidates for pharmacies.

• Analysis of the reasons for staff turnover, participation in dismissal processes.

• Conducting an exit interview.

• Monitoring of the labor market and wages of competitors.

• Ensuring staffing in the assigned region.
