Recruitment manager in UNIQA, Strahova kompaniya

The insurance company UNIQA — the leader of the Ukrainian insurance market, which is part of the Austrian UNIQA Insurance Group, one of the largest insurance groups in Europe, invites a Recruitment Manager

What will be in your area of responsibility:

• Recruiting: Search, selection and evaluation of candidates for various positions according to company requirements. Conducting interviews, testing and document verification

• Adaptation of new employees:Ensuring an effective onboarding process for new employees, including training and integration

• Conducting regular 1:1 meetings

• Participation in all strategic projects of UNIQA in the direction of People&Culture

What is important for this roles:

• Experience in talent acquisition or recruiting (from 1 year)

• High communication and negotiation skills

• Knowledge of modern methods of search and personnel selection

• Ability to work in a team and create partnerships with other departments of the company

• Knowledge of the English language at the Intermediate level and above payment
