We are looking for an active, responsible person who seeks to gain practical experience in HR, develop together with the company and participate in the construction of modern HR processes.
Our department consists of a department head, a recruiter (included in the decree vacation), HR manager (can it be you?) and company administrator, so you will work in a team where we implement all processes together and support each other.
The main tasks and processes that we will implement together in the department:
- Search and selection of personnel (line, office and production).
- Posting vacancies, initial selection of resumes and conducting interviews.
- Organization of the process of adaptation of new employees.
- Support and assistance in conducting personnel records in cooperation with accounting.
- Development of questionnaires, questionnaires and internal HR tools.
- Participation in the development and support of the company's corporate culture.
- Functional description of positions, creation of internal regulations and work algorithms.
- Participation in the creation of training materials and programs on the internal training platform.
- Maintenance of HR tables, databases and analytics.
- Implementation of internal HR projects and improvement of processes in the company.
