Looking for  Recruitment Lead.


Requirements:

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in the field of Affiliate, Gambling and Digital-recruitment, including at least 1.5 years in a management position
  • You have successful experience in development, optimization and automation hiring processes
  • You have experience in managing a team
  • You can not only analyze data in the ATS, but also create your own control panels to obtain additional insights and make decisions based on them
  • You have successful experience in closing SEO vacancies at the Senior level/Team Lead level, using Executive Search and headhunting methods
  • You speak English at least at the Upper-Intermediate level
  • You have excellent communication and organizational skills and team management
  • Result-oriented, have business logic and systems thinking
  • Work with high autonomy
  • Have strong people management and specialist mentoring skills
  • Do you know different methods of conducting interviews to assess the qualifications of specialists
