Main Responsibilities:
- Working with CRM systems: Effective management of customer data, keeping a history of communication and interactions.
- Use of specialized anti-fraud systems: Checking accounts for discrepancies and detecting fraud.
- Preparation of reports and data analysis : Risk identification and problem solving.
- Working with Multidetector and similar systems: Monitoring and analysis to ensure security.
- Direct written communication with clients: Obtaining the necessary information through written dialogue.
- Adherence to all corporate procedures and rules in the communication process:Ensuring compliance with company standards and rules.
Professional skills:< /b>
- Written Communication: Mastery of the art of clear, comprehensible and effective written communication. Ability to clearly articulate thoughts, answer questions and provide information , which meets the needs of customers.The manager should be skilled in writing emails, messages in chats and social networks.
