 Main Responsibilities:

• Working with CRM systems: Effective management of customer data, keeping a history of communication and interactions.
• Use of specialized anti-fraud systems: Checking accounts for discrepancies and detecting fraud.
• Preparation of reports and data analysis : Risk identification and problem solving.
• Working with Multidetector and similar systems: Monitoring and analysis to ensure security.
• Direct written communication with clients: Obtaining the necessary information through written dialogue.
• Adherence to all corporate procedures and rules in the communication process:Ensuring compliance with company standards and rules.

Professional skills:< /b>

• Written Communication: Mastery of the art of clear, comprehensible and effective written communication. Ability to clearly articulate thoughts, answer questions and provide information , which meets the needs of customers.The manager should be skilled in writing emails, messages in chats and social networks. Ability to use tools to check player data and detect non-standard deviations from typical behavior patterns.
• Working with anti-fraud systems: Knowledge and use of specialized anti-fraud systems , understanding of fraud detection algorithms and mechanisms.
• Working with Multidetector and similar systems.
• Work in CRM: Understanding and effective use of CRM systems for managing information about customers, keeping a history of communication and interaction with customers.
