- Job portals and in social networks according to ready-made templates
- Initial selection of resumes and processing of incoming reviews
- Communication with candidates: invitations to interviews, reminders, coordination
- Support of online interviews and moderation of Google Meet (audio, video, recording)
- Maintenance of candidate database in CRM, work with recruitment funnel and personnel reserve
- Support of new employees at the adaptation stage
- Participation in internal HR processes and communication with the team
