Recruitment and adaptation specialist in TAS LIFE

Insurance company TAS life invites a Recruitment and adaptation specialist to its team.

TAS life - since 2000, we have been offering professional services in life and health insurance, medical and investment insurance, additional pension and targeted savings.

We are looking for a specialist who knows how to find talent, build effective communication with candidates and accompany them at all stages of entering the company.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education;
• Experience in the field of personnel selection from 1 year;
• Understanding of modern recruiting and adaptation tools;
• Effective communication and negotiation skills;
• Ability to work with a large volume of information and several processes at the same time;
• Proficient command of the Ukrainian language;
• A confident user of MS Office.

Responsibilities: 

• Organization and support of the full cycle of personnel selection (from the formation of the position profile to the candidate's departure);
• Search and attraction of candidates through various channels;
• Conduct interview, assessment of candidate competencies;
• Assistance of candidates during the selection stages;
• Organization of the process of adaptation of new employees (onboarding);
• Maintenance of HR reporting and updating of data in internal systems.
