SM manager (English language) in PKF hospitaliti, TOV

PKF hospitality group is an internationally recognized market leader in consulting for the hospitality industry, as well as a leading organizer of events (196+ events) dedicated to sectors such as hospitality, tourism and leisure.

We are looking for a proactive and organized SM Manager to assist the team in day-to-day tasks and facilitate the implementation of marketing initiatives. This is a great opportunity for a young professional who wants to develop in the field of SM, Marketing, Communications and Events.

Main Responsibilities:

• Support in the preparation and implementation of marketing campaigns (online and offline).
• Development and implementation of SMM strategy according to company goals.
• Planning, creation and publishing content for social networks.
• Writing texts for posts, stories, descriptions, hashtags and calls to action (English language).
• Coordinating the creation of visual content (briefs for designers, working with photos/videos).
• Management of the content calendar and adherence to the publication schedule.
• Moderation of comments and messages, interaction with audience.
• Analysis of the effectiveness of content and campaigns (reach, engagement, audience growth).
• Preparation of regular reports and recommendations for improving results.
• Tracking trends in social networks and implementation of relevant formats.
• Close cooperation with members of the global team from various departments and offices in the process of creating content and ensuring marketing needs.

Requirements:

• Higher or incomplete higher education (marketing, communications, journalism, PR, social sciences).
• Experience in a similar position will be an advantage.
• Ability to work with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), CRM: Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Knowledge of graphic and video editors: Canva, Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut.
• Good written and verbal communication skills (Ukrainian is a must, English is from B2 level; knowledge of German will be an advantage).
• Organization, attention to details, the ability to work in multitasking conditions.
