What will your job involve?

• Independent process management recruitment, from searching for candidates to selection.
• Analysis of personnel documents on legalization of employment.
• Administrative work, including creating a database in e-Recruiter.
• Cooperation with other company departments that support the recruitment process.

What skills are we looking for?

• Experience in a similar position.
• Very good knowledge of the Russian language (min. C1).
• Very good knowledge of the German language (min. C1).
• Persistence, determination and desire to develop and expand knowledge in the field of recruiting.
• Inquisitive and purposeful.
