Insurance Business Analyst - Remote @ Link Group in Link Group

Required Skills and Attributes:

• Over 3 years of experience in implementing insurance solutions as a Business Analyst
• Experience working in a team to implement and support a client’s insurance platform
• Ability to gather business requirements related to claims settlement, product configurations, accounting rules, and translate them into system configurations
• Experience in the insurance industry required

• Knowledge of at least one platform used in the insurance industry (e.g., Guidewire, EIS)
• Strong documentation skills, including the ability to prepare BRD, TSD, and FSD
• Experience working in Agile projects
• Ability to act as a liaison between the client and developers, translating business requirements into technical specifications

Preferred Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills
• Good knowledge of the EIS platform
