Our professional team of 25 talent managers, who hire 500+ specialists from all over the world every year, is looking for a rrecruiting operations managerwho will be responsible for supporting the recruitment processes and processing candidates at various stages of cooperation. If you like to work with people, have organizational skills, a high level of English, and understand recruiting processes, this job is for you!
Your main tasks:
- Collection and preparation of documents for concluding employment contracts and contracts.
- Interaction with contractors and accounting departmentin order to legalize the hiring of employees abroad.
Maintenance of applications for payment of offices and other expenses abroad (registration, submission, implementation control).
Control payments to cleaners abroad, search and replacement of personnel if necessary.
Working with the incoming flow of candidates from researchers, English-speaking and local hiring managers.
Conducting interviews with candidates, participation in evaluation and decision-making.
Full cycle recruitment support: from the opening of a vacancy to the departure of an employee for work.
Communication with hiring managers and the recruiting team on hiring and document management.
Registration at international job portals for posting vacancies.
Reportingregarding recruitment.
Understanding language accents and cultural featurescommunication with locales of different countries.Attention to details, scrupulosity in working with documents.Orientation to the result, responsibility and systematic in work.What are you you will get by joining us:
